Opening a ticket
The first step in obtaining help is to simply send an email describing
your problem to

information as possible so we can analyse your problem quickly. You will
be issued a support ticket reference number via return email which will track
your enquiry until resolved. Our on-call expert will be advised via SMS
that your support request has been logged and will attend to it as soon as
possible.
It is important you include the ticket
reference number in the subject of all correspondence so it can be
accurately tracked.
Checking a Ticket Online
Click on the link below to open the Help Desk. You will need to know your
ticket number and the email address you used to log the ticket. To make
accessing your ticket easier a customised link to this area was included
in all email messages we have sent you regarding the ticket. Clicking on
the link in the email automatically fills in the email address and ticket
number for you.
